1. The service

GetDealerReviews provides an automated customer review-request workflow and dealer reporting service for Canadian automotive dealerships, as described on this website.

2. Fees and payment

Current published pricing is CAD $389 per month plus a TBD one-time setup fee. OWNER INPUT REQUIRED — taxes, payment method, billing cycle and late-payment terms.

3. Term and cancellation

No long-term contract. OWNER INPUT REQUIRED — cancellation notice period and refund policy.

4. Dealership responsibilities

The dealership is responsible for the accuracy of transaction data it supplies, for its Google Business Profile and review link, and for confirming it has the consent or other lawful basis required for the customer communications it asks GetDealerReviews to send.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

GetDealerReviews does not guarantee a specific Google rating, review volume, ranking or timeline. Figures shown by the Reputation Climb Calculator and in reporting are estimates.

6. Acceptable use

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED — acceptable use restrictions specific to the service.

7. Limitation of liability

OWNER INPUT REQUIRED — liability and indemnification language to be drafted by qualified legal counsel.

8. Governing law
