How this is calculated

Additional five-star reviews required = CEILING[ Current reviews × (Target rating − Current rating) / (5 − Target rating) ]. Estimated months = CEILING[ Additional five-star reviews required / Average new five-star reviews per month ].

Example: a dealership with a 4.3 rating and 1,500 reviews targeting 4.4 would require an estimated 250 additional five-star reviews — 1,500 × (4.4 − 4.3) / (5 − 4.4) = 250. At 25 new five-star reviews per month, the estimated time would be 10 months.
