How It Works

A Clear Review-Request Process From Completed Visit to Management Report.

GetDealerReviews converts dealership transaction information into a controlled follow-up workflow. It supports both sales and service while preserving dealer-level controls, opt-outs and reporting.

1

Completed transaction information

Your dealership supplies the agreed completed-transaction file from its DMS, CRM or reporting process. The implementation process confirms the required columns, delivery method and participating departments.

2

Data validation and queue preparation

The system validates the dealer, customer, channel and transaction information before creating a review request. Missing information, suppressed contacts and opt-outs are kept out of the send process and surfaced through exception reporting.

3

Customer review request

Eligible customers receive a dealership-branded review request. Email is supported in the current production workflow. SMS can be enabled once the dealership and messaging number have completed the required setup and verification.

4

Consent and opt-out controls

Email requests include an unsubscribe link. SMS requests instruct the customer to reply STOP. Opt-outs are recorded by dealership and channel so the customer can be suppressed from future requests.

5

Reporting and review monitoring

Management receives reporting on request activity, failures, opt-outs, rating, review volume and reputation progress. Google review synchronization supports review history, staff recognition and customer-journey attribution where a reliable match is available.

Important: The dealership remains responsible for confirming that it has the consent or other lawful basis required for the customer communications it asks GetDealerReviews to send. GetDealerReviews does not describe the platform as a substitute for dealership consent obligations. Read more on our Consent & CASL page.
